Product Description
Hollow grouting anchor is a type of hollow anchor, mostly used in relatively stable and intact rock formations. Anchorants such as resin, engineering glue, and quick-setting cement are injected from the center of the anchor rod, which provides better anchoring quality than ordinary anchor rods. Due to the emergence of self-injecting hollow grouting anchors, hollow grouting anchors can also be used in formations with loose rock conditions.
The hollow anchor body adopts hollow design, and the middle hole of the anchor body is used as the drilling and grouting channel, which provides better rigidity and shear strength than the solid body. The threaded structure facilitates the cutting and lengthening of the anchor rod, and increases the bonding area between the anchor rod and the grouting material compared to the smooth rod, thus increasing the anchoring force.

Applications
It is suitable for the permanent support of the surrounding rock with medium geological conditions and the over-support, slope support and pit support of highways, railroads and tunnels, etc. Through the pressure grouting of the hollow anchor body, it can achieve the purpose of consolidating the broken rock, improving the rock body, isolating the ground water and rod corrosion, thus achieving good support.
